it was awesome...
ive been waiting for the planetshakers concert ALL week. last yr's one was a blast and that was the first time i jumped. i'm serious! since then i enjoyed christian rock so was realli looking forward to this yrs...
was supposed to meet natasha, xw and the rest at 5.30pm at tanah merah mrt (according to xw)... then... at 5.10, natasha called and said that we're meeting in 5 to 10 mins? plus... i was about to bathe. so i rushed (lyk as if in NP camp) and ran to the station. guess wad? xw wasnt there. only xp, nat, ken & nic... man... i wanted to strangle him...
meet the rest and had dinner at expo mrt. then the long, hot, frustratin queue into the hall. there was this constant stream of ppl tryin to get to the front. and then... i finally could feel the gush of aircon among the humid sticky sweaty place. *ahhhhhh* stampede into the hall... tim was going mad.. x) he wanted to run in lorhs. the place was awesome! ultraviolet lights, music, trampoline jumping thing.... simply cool! we got our goodie bags then went to find seats (which we didnt seat later) started playin with some body art chalk or wadeva u call it. hahax... the guys draw on everywhere... especially kenneth and xp.. XD i was also sarah's & tabitha'a human chalkboard... fun!
then the real rocking began... i never jumped so much in my life. (i think) the onli prob is that it was real squeezy and the guy behind me kept going forward and tabi was jumping backwards. squashed... there was also this ultra tall guy in frnt of nicole. 1.9m maybe? and he jumping thru out the concert. no wonder he's tall... the best songs were always and forever, jump around & big. the electric guitarist was WOW... damn good lahs. but the drummer... he was a even bigger wow. he was showing off his one hand playing skills. siao one lah. xp, xw, justin, must learn frm him!!! x)
after the whole thing, we separated and went home... xw, xp, 2 of xp's friends, nat, ken, nic & me went back together. intention was to grab a bite and some drinks (mainly to shut nic up). but then everything was closed. so we ended up walking to the other end of expo. bought drinks from the vending machine and xp showed some way to get back ur money but still get the drinks. he didnt do. but ken did. amazingly, there wasnt noise and the money really did come out. migosh. thats y i can get my coke. heh heh.took 12 and we all dropped off at tanah merah mrt (excluding xp's friend). nat, ken & nic left us (cos their hse was the other side) and the remainin 3 of us walked home. xw started tokin abt kenneth's new hse and stuff... tease more lykly... then i teased back. xP fun lah... xp so quiet... awww... newae, thanks xw&xp for dropping off there...
the concert and everything was great. thanks guys. another memorable memory added!
