I was thinking, how TRUE is this statement. Seriously. I just wanna talk about this, AGAIN.

People in authority.
In today's society, I'm sure many of you agree with me that these people are really expecting too much out of the minority. & in minority I mean the ones who have to work hard.
So yes, be it teachers, parents, coaches, or even trainers, most of these people are the type Imee mentioned.

Teachers:
They don't really care about you. Really, they just teach & teach but don't care if you are even learning anything. You get the grade, they don't say anything. You don't, they complain about you like crazy. I'm sure many of you can relate these kinda teachers to the ones that actually teach you in school.

Parents:
Parents who just expects a whole lot out of their child.
I'm VERY sure many of you go home & tell your parents a certain grade, let's say 19/25.
They'll put on that dumb face & go: '19 only?'
My point is, they'll NOT be satisfied only when you say either: 'But 19's VERY good already,' or, 'the highest was only 20!' I mean they want to know your standing among the other students.
When the exams come, you tell them your grades & they scold you, not even knowing how tough the paper was or such.
Like Imee said: "They dont recgonise effort, they recgonise result and result only."
How true is that. Once they see that mark, they don't remember the work you put in before the exam, be it a good mark or a bad mark.

Coaches & Trainers:
Many of you can relate to this too.
They put their students through endless shit. Scoldings, intense trainings and are never fucking satisfied about the things that you do.
So let's just say you lost in a match. The team players are walking out with their heads looking down and spirits are low. All are sweating and panting. They have tried their best.
BUT, coach comes along & rambles his fucking arsehole off.
They don't see you tried your best.
They don't see that there can only BE ONE WINNER OF THE MATCH.
BUT, they don't see that there can be more than one WINNER. What is a winner, really?
A winner is someone who TRIED THEIR BEST & never gives up no matter how tough the going gets.

However, the fucking sad truth about these people is that they don't see that WE have put in our best. They only want fucking results.
& for what? So that THEY, the ones who so-called 'trained' us, can claim the 'glory', the 'honour' and whatever stuck-up motherfucking egoistic thing they call it.

I'm seriously fucking pissed off at this 'System'.
I really don't seem to have any motivation to study hard.
I really don't seem to have any motivation to pass the exams.
I really don't seem to have any motivation to train hard.
I really don't seem to have any motivation to win a competition.
Why? Our fucking hard work is not recognised. Our fucking hard work is not appreciated.

We win, they take the glory. We lose, they blame us for everything. What's worse, when we win, they still scold us for the mistakes we made & blame us for it.

The memory of me being scolded a person with a 'lousy attitude' & being blamed for almost making the school lose will FOEVER stay with me & I will hold this grudge against this type of assholes.

& when we fucking try to rebel & make a stand, THEY MAKE US DO FUCKING APOLOGIES IN PUBLIC & THEY SCOLD US.
They call us ones with 'a lousy attitude'

Mind you I'm not just saying all this from observation of other people, but this is 1st hand experience.


Then yet again, there is ANOTHER type of people. Those who don't appreciate the work you put in & they ALSO don't even APPRECIATE THE RESULTS.
I"m talking about the type who only care about a certain part of the school. & whatever the others put in they don't care.

I'm not just saying this to support myself. I'm posting this for EVERYONE who understands this kind of treatment. Be it NCC Sea, NCC Land, Soccer, Netball...Alright, let me say this: BE IT ANY CCA IN TK BESIDES BAND OR CHOIR, I'm sure you understand me here. Biasedness. BAND, BAND, CHOIR, CHOIR. Nothing that we do is appreciated. All she cares about is her little precious Band. Well this is a big 'fuck you' to her.

NCC Land: Been winning awards for the past 11 years. Anything she does? Nothing. She doesn't even care.
NPCC: Campcraft. Came in FIRST this year. MY GOODNESS IT WASN'T EVEN ANNOUNCED.
Soccer: Winning streak. Been winning over 10 matches in a row now. What the hell. Nothing mentioned right?
NCC Sea: SEACOM. 3 years in a row, been national champions. She don't give a fucking shit.
& many, MANY more.

I HATE THE BLOODY SYSTEM.
Good-for-nothing-thick-skinned-egoistic idiots.
