WTH. Man, this time I am so frustrated with HQ.

No prizes for correct guesses but HQ postponed the competition AGAIN. This time, its on the 22nd for the girls prelims and yet-to-be-confirmed finals on the 5th of April.

So much for efficiency.
From what I remembered, wasnt the girls prelims supposed to be on the 22nd of February and not March?
