Happy National Day, yo.

Yesterday was the first time I didnt watch the national day parade on telly or live. Seems really awkward at first, knowing that everyone else is actually watching the parade and stuff. But of course, BBQ at Nut's with the old BS group was definitely more worthwhile going. (:

Rain kinda killed the mood cause soccer before the BBQ was canceled and it took a pretty long time for the BBQ to get started. Explaining the half uncooked food at Nut's house now and how fast the ice cream, durians and chicken curry disappeared at the start of the BBQ. It was desserts first cause all the food werent cooked. When a batch of food turn up, it will all be sniped away within 30 seconds. But I really must say that the guys were really kang-hor in getting the food cooked lor. Arigato ne! (:

Restless, so headed for the nearby park and sat the spinning wheel thingy till we went completely insane. LOL, that was the only time I would do such a thing after meals man. For that moment, I suddenly remember the old times where we kids would play together and stuff, like catching after church or trying funny stunts on the swing. We would take turns to play it and cant wait to go on again. OMG! SO NOSTALGIC! Cant imagine how my childhood would have been without them and how different my life would be now. Instead, I may become some super anti social kid since I didnt really like to play with other kids other than the BS kids. OMG, you never know how much a person impacts your life man.

LOL, I still can remember sleeping in the closet with Nut or teaming with Tabs to catch Kenneth and Samuel or playing train adventures with XiaoWen or Nut asking uncle Jacob to pray that the hamster to come out! Come to think of it, we were SO CUTE lah.

I guess these memories become even more sacred when we grow even older.

As dear these memories are, I guess they are all rooted to our dear country. Should I go overseas next time to study/live/work, I'll really miss Spore cause of my childhood friends and the food. I would like probably come back every 6 months or so to catch up lor! I guess thats' what gonna pull me back to Spore.

Aiyo, I think that spinny thingy is making me think more and more. :S
And as promised, some piccys.

N. Day celebration in school. All the pics look the same so decided to put one with NP in it. (pst! Look at the guys in red! XD)

Crazy N. Day hair attempts.
I think it suits Lin, but defo not for me.

Lastly, something I think its totally irrelevant but Lin insisted that I should put this unglam pic up. So oh wells.
(made small on purpose)

NERDO TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE.

And HOHO, ProDai totally rocks. No matter how many times I watch it.
