21/08; Marriage! OMG!

HOHO! Thought I would forget to post on the 21st?

NAHHHH. Fat hope.
Apparently I did but I failed to continue my post. Was far too intrigued by some personality research thingy I was doing on the net. Like certain characteristics of people and stuff. Very very interesting. I guess I'm gonna continue my research tonight, as well as to research on.... PUDDING! :D

Pudding totally makes my day. I have 3 black sesame puddings sitting in my fridge now but they are completely owned by my previous caramel puddings. SO CRAVING for the caramel ones lah! Super YUM. HOHO. NUT, if you're reading this.... me wanna my puddings!

Anyway, since this is supposed to belong the "21" posts, let me talk about something interesting, instead of some boring rantings. (plus, since im in a cheery mood. Tabs know why. :p)

Today in class for CE (yes, are you amazed that we actually got CE?) we were talking about the topic "MARRIAGE". BIG BIG word.

It was pretty much food for thought? Cause like we kiddos these days dont think THAT far till marriage and maybe some of us dont even consider getting married. Even people with boyfriends/girlfriends, i doubt they will think that they will actually be spending your lifetime with that SAME person, through thick and thin and shit. With Singapore's evident drop in birthrates and increase in divorce rates, marriage is pretty much not in the top 5 things one must do before they die.

So whats my take on this? (sound so professional hor?)

We have been brainwashed that marriage is white long gowns, long veils, churches, aisles, rings and little screaming pods running around the house a year later and yada yada. It aint so simple okay.

Firstly, I dont have much requirements for my boyfriend lah. I think some of you know that I have a dream of getting a boyfriend by 21. Haha, maybe not too possible yea? I was talking to Lin the other day about this (cause of the numerous guys that have crashed and burnt because of her). Her requirements are so funny and hilarious lah! Like must be darker than her, must know how to cook etc.

Me? He need not look like Yamapi (though preferred) or swim like Micheal Phelps (in fact i would prefer he not) but he has gotta to have a few major things lah. Like he gotta have a sense of humor, he gotta be at least a tad more romantic and he gotta to love good (japanese) food but of course, he gotta love me the most! Not too demanding right? OHOH! And when I told her I wanted "clean cut", she laughed like mad lah. A guai boy better than a super bad one right? Though i would love to get one with a streak of cheekiness.

Tabs say that I'll become naughtier than my husband at this rate. -.- (where got lor!)

I think Tab's potential boyfriend must love food too, considering her ability to eat man. And love GOOD food.

Dont ask me why but ever since I watch Prodai, I think when childhood friends get married to each other, its like so cute? (I'm really not implying anything. ;D)
But looking at the situation now, marrying one of my childhood friends isnt really... gonna become reality lor. :(

Oh whatever, I'm not even done with my O levels yet, why am I thinking of it. *smacks head*

Plus, I believe that its almost impossible for someone to marry a rich (but much older) man and become a taitai. Its like so boring can? I think marrying someone that isnt too rich but makes your life more of an adventure is like WAY better?

Agree agree? Maybe I'm too objective bah. What do you think?

But to end this off, I would totally want someone like Kenzo. (:

(SO HANDSOME!)

" Dont marry to someone you think you can live your life with but marry someone that you cant live without."

Totally agreed. (;
I'll let God decide lah. Probarbly he'll choose like a damn handsome and charming kenzo for me. Then I'll go "neh-neh-ni-poo-poo!"
