I've escaped for 4 days and finally back to reality.

Not that Church camp wasnt reality but it seemed too good to be true in some ways or another. Sounds overrated but to me, that statement is kinda underrated. I mean, what is better than spending 4 whole days with your childhood friends and God? I dont mind spending the 2 entire holiday weeks left with them man.

Of course, all good things will come to an end.

Church camp this year focused more on the basics of experiencing God, setting a stronger foundation. I think it was pretty essential cause without foundation, nothing can be built up. I reignited my fire for God cause due to my doubts and fears, my fire somehow died along the way after last year's youth camp. Of course, I learned many other stuff which I definitely need ALOT of determination to carry it on cause its like something REALLY hard for me to do.

The speaker, Victor Gonzalez was SUPER funny lah. Another Heroes lover, especially Hiro Nakamura. :D


His messages are super funny and for the first time, I want to hear his messages again. Normally I dont hear things more than twice or three times. So yea, it was really good, and not to forget, funny. (:


Food was way too delicious and too much. I really need to stop eating the next few days or else the desserts are really going to my thighs and stomach. Need to cut down on fat, right Panda? (:

Special night was really crazy lah. All the adults in their school uni and all the youths+kids in their occupation outfits. There were so many KC girls (like about 5-6 of them) and they were like so typical KC-ians lah! Bimbo bimbo! I seriously still cant believe that Yi Jie's dad managed to squeeze into Yi Jie's primary school uni lah!! OMGG.

So what was I? I went there as a Geisha with Joel as a Ninja. Yep, it was planned but hey, both of us got into the top 3 right. (; (THANKS JOEL!)

Others such as Samuel went as a Cowboy Sheriff, Michelle as a Nurse, Nutto&Kenneth as Chef, Tabs as a waitress on skates, Avy as a SIA Air Stewardess, Xp & Tim Ng as Gym Trainer and Trainee, Jeremy&Weitian as Terrorists, Sarah as Chinese Teacher, Issac as Mechanic, Darren as Gangster, Tim Lim as Candy man, Priscilla as Chemist and the list goes on...

It could have been more fun if more people dressed up lah, as in seriously prepared for it. But I feel that it was kinda unfair to those people that took alot of effort in getting the costume yet they didnt get into the second round due to there were more popular people in the group which werent exactly dressed up for it. I mean if I were them, I would seriously be disheartened and probably wont bother to dress up next time.

Though there were alot of fun times, I would admit that there were things that caused me to be seriously upset and disappointed at. Of course I wont rant it here and bore the hell out of you guys but it seriously hit me hard man. Tabs would know. Spent a good hour talking to her the night before about it and I cant be more thankful for such a great baby bestie lah.

I guess this situation really shows that people may fail you many times but there is always God that will be there for you and He wont fail you.

But honestly lah, I am super super disappointed in that person. (Yeah, I kinda revealed it ald.)

Anw, for those skeptical readers that seriously catch no ball about all these Christian related stuff, worry not cause I got pictures coming up soon about the camp. Promise will get it up once Nic passes me them. (: It rocks to have a photographer staying 2 minutes away from you.

Dont laugh at me hor. I know my fringe/bangs look horrible.
